    Most ghost pepper sauces are just plain hot and not very flavorful. This is also true with many habanero sauces. Not true with Happy Beaver - it is a very versitile sauce that is great on everything tried so far. We bought a bottle of this from a local kiosk merchant at UTC in San Diego who asked for a description of what we like in a really hot sauce and suggested we try this one. Dead on. Super heat with a great balance of sweetness and smoke. It will singe your tastebuds but in a way that keeps you coming back for more. So far, have tried it on chicken (wings and parts), sausage, pulled pork and pizza (yes pizza). It works well on most everything. Tonight it goes on the lasagne. Bottom line - if you don't at least buy one bottle of this to try out and you consider yourself a hot sauce connoisseur, then you have missed out on a truly great experience.
