Hard to get sauce out of bottle. It is more like a salsa-sauce than a sauce. The flavor is more vinegary than expected. For a Habanero hot sauce my favorite is still Tears of Joy by a hot sauce shop in Austin.

Everything that I eat is so much better with this amazing product. I'm addicted to it! I purchased 16 bottles. I may even give a few away. Time will tell. :) It's amazing on eggs, sausage, meats, avacados, any vegetable, rice, potato,chips,soups, chili,etc., you name it! I used to use Belizean Heat and this is a step up heat wise...IMHO. TRY IT, YOU'LL LIKE IT!

Balance of heat and flavor. Just the right amount of salt. Heat from the from the pepper is smoothed out by the carrots. It's the best flavor heat combination

I've been searching for a suitable substitute for Costa Rican 'Chilero Negrini' which I believe is no longer made. Marie Sharp's Hot Habanero Hot Sauce comes VERY close, and I LOVE the carrot-based taste!!! This sauce is addictive--I'll be ordering alot more!!!

My daughter bought a 5 oz. bottle in June '14 while in Belize. We loved it so much the bottle was empty in a couple of days so I ordered three 10 oz bottles from The Hot Sauce Stop. Just received a dozen more. This sauce has by far the best balanced flavor of any hot sauce I've ever tasted.
