could be hotter

This sauce tastes good, but they overcompensated the heat factor and in my humble opinion they diluted it a bit more then they should have. They brag a whopping 2 mill. SHU's, but it isn't even close with all the other ingredients they added to so-call "balance it out." If it were hotter as it is tasty I would have definitely given it 5 stars.

Take classic recipe for Melinda's habanero carrot sauce and replace the habaneros with much hotter Trinidad Moruga Scorpion peppers and you have Melinda's Scorpion pepper sauce. This stuff is hot, and also very good tasting. If you like the classic Melinda's recipe, it's safe bet you will like this. The overall flavor is a little different -- it tastes like Trinidad Moruga Scorpions rather than habaneros, but this mix works just as well.
