4 Hot but not "Insane" Hot

First, I love this sauce. I don't think it belongs in the "insane" category, however. It's got a nice habanero level heat, a good blend of flavors and a "crisp" finish. I like it on just about everything and it has become one of my go-to sauces when I want to add some heat without going over the top.

This is a winning hot sauce--I first tried it at Firehouse Subs, and I knew I wanted more!! Got home and did a net search till I located some. So far I've gone thru 3 bottles and gave one away to a good friend who really enjoyed it. It packs a good wallop and has a great taste--something I like in a hot sauce!!!
