Jerking is a traditional style of barbecuing. This paste when rubbed sparingly into meat should be left overnight for best results, then grilled or roasted slowly. Adjust amount used to your taste. Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk Seasoning is really good. I purchased the HOT & SPICY - Believe that they say! It was HOT & SPICY. I will be trying the MILD. My family enjoyed it and I look forward to cooking with it again.

I have tried others but always return to WalkersWood. Slow cooking on the grill just gets that flavor all thru the meat..

As someone who has traveled to Jamaica a few times, I can say this is the best pre-made jerk seasoning that you can buy! Tastes like what you would get on the island.

One of the best pre-made jerk seasonings I've used I have only tried the hot and spicy, I have not tried the mild.
